Walk-in patients are welcome during opening hours. Booking is recommended, and it is not required. If you book, tell us what you need, a weekday, and how to reach you. This form is a request. It becomes an appointment only when the clinic confirms by phone or WhatsApp.
In an emergency, go to BUTH Emergency. Do not use this form for chest pain, severe bleeding, trouble breathing, a collapse, or a very sick child. Go to the emergency department at Bingham University Teaching Hospital, on the same campus.
Open 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Walk-ins are welcome in those hours. If you book, choose a 30-minute time. The last appointment starts at 4:00 pm.
These times are requests. This page cannot see which chairs are already taken. The clinic will confirm your time by phone or WhatsApp.
We ask only for a name, a phone number, and a short reason. Please do not send test results, photos, or a long medical history.
